Key Responsibilities
- Draft clear, persuasive pleadings, motions for summary judgment, and other litigation documents.
- Manage all phases of complex litigation from inception through resolution.
- Analyze legal issues and develop strategic, results-driven solutions for client matters.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- 0–5+ years of law firm experience in litigation, with a demonstrated focus on legal writing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of corporate and financial institutions.
