Compensation & Perks
- $150,000–$190,000 base salary

What You'll Do
- Represent clients in trust and estate disputes
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Advise clients and maintain strong relationships
- Appear in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues
- Stay current on trusts and estates law through continuing education
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- Trust litigation experience preferred; commercial, business, or real estate litigators interested in probate litigation are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
