Senior Litigation Associate / Partner – Toxic Tort & Asbestos Defense
A sophisticated litigation practice is seeking experienced California attorneys to join its Toxic Tort and Asbestos Defense team.
This opportunity is open to both Associate and Partner-level attorneys with meaningful asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience who can contribute with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage toxic tort and asbestos litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, reports, and case evaluations
- Take and defend fact and expert depositions
- Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and trial
- Work directly with clients, experts, and litigation teams
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar membership
- Minimum 2+ years of litigation experience
- Asbestos and/or toxic tort litigation experience required for serious consideration
- Strong deposition and legal writing skills
- Ability to independently manage litigation matters

- Hybrid, remote, and in-office arrangements available
Compensation
- Partner: Approximately $190,000–$250,000+
- Discretionary bonus opportunity
