Attorney Support Pro Senior Coordinator – WorkflowThe Attorney Support Pro Senior Coordinator – Workflow is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the quality of work and workflow of the PROS team, while ensuring objectives are met in a timely manner, and leveraging, as appropriate, additional support centers to ensure excellence in customer service. This role will be located in either our Boston or Washington, D.C.

office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities include:Training new team members and providing ongoing supportCounseling and coaching team members around any performance deficiencies and proactively providing growth opportunitiesEnsuring excellence in customer service through implementing continuous improvement strategies from feedback gathered by talking to PROS lawyers and local office managementProviding input to mid-year and year-end reviewsResponding to employee and lawyer concerns in a helpful and fitting manner, while escalating complicated matters to the appropriate ManagerProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe'd love to hear from you if you:Display leadership skills (i.e., organizing, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making) necessary for effective mentoringPossess strong knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including word processing, spreadsheet software, and Microsoft OfficeDemonstrate knowledge of Chrome River, Outlook, Cisco Phone, Intapp, iManage, Foundation, Event Management System, and specific technology as assignedAnd have:A high school diploma or equivalentA bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferablyA minimum of one (1) year of experience in a legal or professional services environmentA minimum of five (5) years of cumulative professional experienceSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
