Attorney Support ManagerThe Attorney Support Manager is an integral part of Latham's Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for organizing, supervising and developing Attorney Support staff in the office, while establishing strategic and operational priorities for the Attorney Support team in the office. This role will be located in our Boston office.

Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.Other key responsibilities include:Monitoring workflows and coordinating support assignments based upon daily firm and client needsMeeting and maintaining firm staffing goals by establishing effective and efficient assignments for attorneys and paralegals and recommending appropriate reallocationsCoordinating with other department supervisors and managers regarding operational issues, and other logistical and resource requirementsWorking with coordinators and supervisors to ensure coverage for both planned and unplanned absences, while arranging coverage as requiredMaking recommendations in regard to resource planning and recruitment needsProtecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retainsWe'd love to hear from you if you:Demonstrate excellent leadership skills (e.g. organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective managementExhibit well-developed, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firmPossess the ability to work in a team environment with a strong customer service focusAnd have:A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor's Degree or equivalentA minimum of seven (7) years of cumulative experienceA minimum of five (5) years' experience in a legal or professional services environment of relevant experienceSuccessful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also be provided with a generous total compensation package with bonuses awarded in recognition of both individual and firm performance.
