We are seeking an Attorney to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions.
Responsibilities

Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials

Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

Conduct legal research and case analysis

Attend and manage court appearances and client meetings

Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff

Maintain accurate case files and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
-
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Experience with (Clio/MyCase/LexisNexis/etc.) is a plus
