We are looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to support our transactional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and business law, with a focus on transactional matters, including commercial real estate and business transactions. This role involves working closely with clients, senior attorneys, and support staff to deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate documenents
- Assist clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on various business-related legal issues
- Participate in due diligence processes for business and real estate transaction
- Work collaboratively with the firm’s transactional team to support client needs and business objectives
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely and effective communication
- Participate in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions
Qualification
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State
- Bar2-5 years of experience in corporate law, commercial transactions, and real estate
