A reputable plaintiff-side personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to handle complex medical negligence, personal injury, and wrongful death cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage medical malpractice cases from intake through trial.
- Conduct and defend depositions, including expert witness depositions.
- Develop litigation strategies and prepare cases for trial.
- Meet court deadlines and manage case documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona law license.
- 7–10 years of medical malpractice litigation experience.
- Strong deposition, litigation, and trial preparation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with high ethical standards.
