About the Role: Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney to join their team. The role involves handling complex commercial disputes and providing effective legal strategies to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all aspects of business and commercial litigation.
- Handle cases involving real estate disputes, breach of contract, trade secrets, intellectual property, and securities litigation.
- Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in business/commercial litigation preferred.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
