An established global firm based in San Francisco, CA with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role offers the chance to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, handling wage and hour class and individual actions, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements . Offer:
Salary range: $260,000-$365,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in labor and employment law
- Experience representing employers on both a class and individual basis in wage and hour compliance, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and employee accommodations
- Experience with personnel policies, employment agreements, and other labor and employment issues
- JD from an accredited law school with solid academic performance
- Good standing with the CA State Bar
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and initiative to take ownership over work and career
Responsibilities:
- Represent employers in class and individual employment litigation matters
- Advise clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and accommodations
- Draft and review personnel policies and employment agreements
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other written work product
- Work directly with clients from a variety of industries across the country
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues in the Labor & Employment Group on complex matters
- Take ownership of assigned matters and manage them from start to finish
