Work Arrangement: Hybrid
I'm recruiting an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join a well-established St. Louis law firm with a strong reputation for providing sophisticated legal representation in insurance defense and commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities
* * Manage and handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
* Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, briefs, and other legal documents.
* Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
* Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case management.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and other litigation-related matters.
* Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
* Monitor case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedural requirements.
Qualifications
* * J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in Missouri.
* 4-7 years of litigation experience.
* Experience handling business, commercial, or complex civil litigation matters preferred.
* Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
* Experience managing cases, drafting motions, and handling discovery.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and client-management skills.
* A demonstrated interest in building a long-term career with an established law firm.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 - $170,000 (Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.)
