- Serve as legal advisor in land use & natural resource matters to private companies such as renewable energy clients
- Conduct legal research
- Draft court documents, working with the Bureau of Land Management
- 1750 billable requirement
- Land use experience
- Environmental law experience
- A Plus- CEQA, NEPA, Williamson Act, mitigation and/or conservation banking
