An established civil litigation defense firm is seeking a Rideshare & UM/UIM Associate Attorney for its San Francisco office. This opportunity is ideal for a California-licensed litigation attorney seeking hands-on case ownership, direct partner mentorship, and long-term professional growth within a collaborative defense firm environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil litigation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
- Communicate directly with clients and provide case updates
- Assist with trial preparation and litigation strategy
- Active California Bar membership
- 1-5+ years of civil litigation defense experience preferred
- Experience with rideshare, auto, or UM/UIM litigation preferred
- Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating with litigation teams
- Salary range: $130,000-$200,000 depending on experience
