Civil Litigation Attorney | Fully Remote – $250K
Location/Schedule: Fully remote. New York bar required. No office days.

Base Salary: $250K

Practice: New York commercial and complex civil litigation, including contract disputes and high-exposure casualty matters for corporate and carrier clients. The work includes construction, products, and coverage-driven disputes alongside commercial matters. Appearances for hearings or depositions are the only time you need to be in the city.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Litigate New York commercial and complex civil disputes in state and federal court. Draft and argue dispositive motions, including coverage-related business disputes. Take and defend depositions. Appear for hearings and trial when the case needs it.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

JD and active New York bar.

4–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.

Depositions taken in the last 24 months.
