  • They publish the highly respected Comp legal treatise and conduct live training seminars and webinars.
  • The firm develops lasting relationships with clients through superior legal services at significant value and has grown rapidly since its inception in 1996. They are seeking a forward-thinking Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team.
  • The work environment is hybrid with some travel required for appearances, hearings, depositions, and mandatory office meetings. Our Attorneys manage the legal defense of Workers' Compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
  • The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
  • This job requires clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines.

Must Haves:

  • Must be a resident of CA and have passed the CA Bar/ be an active member of the State Bar of CA.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a workers compensation attorney Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability Commitment to proactive case management
