Insurance Defense Associate | Farmingdale, NY (Hybrid) | $170K

Day-to-Day
* Defend carriers and insureds in auto, premises liability, transportation and construction defect cases
* Draft pleadings, discovery responses and dispositive motions in New York state and federal courts
* Take plaintiff, witness and expert depositions across Long Island and the greater NYC area
* Argue substantive motions and Daubert challenges in court
* Second-chair and eventually first-chair jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk and EDNY venues
