Location/Schedule: White Plains, NY (Hybrid or Fully Remote options available)

Base Salary: Up to $160k Bonus Potential: Up to an additional $45,000 annually

Practice: Professional Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Insurance Defense, Commercial/Business Disputes, Financial Institutions, Directors & Officers Liability, and Cyber Litigation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Defend professionals, insurers, and corporate clients in professional liability, employment, commercial, and general liability matters.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and case strategy under partner guidance.
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
• Assist with mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Develop strong litigation skills with real responsibility and mentorship.

Core Requirements (Flexibility for Exceptional Candidates):

• JD and active NY bar.
• 2–6 years of professional liability, insurance defense, or complex civil litigation experience (junior candidates encouraged). xhqgsiq
