About the Role:

Vargas Gonzalez Delombard LLP is seeking a talented and driven Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Chicago, IL. Responsibilities:

Manage and litigate a diverse caseload from inception through resolution

Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts, motions, briefs, and pleadings

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy

Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and negotiations

Provide sound legal counsel and guidance to clients on complex matters

Collaborate with partners and associates to develop effective legal strategies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and client records in compliance with firm standards

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Active bar license and good standing in the State of Illinois

Proven experience in legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy

Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused demeanor
