Do such questions intrigue you?Summary of the opportunity - Client Overview: Our client is a technology company specializing in cutting-edge operations for employment-based immigration. - Role Summary: As an Immigration Attorney, you will contribute to high-volume U.S. business immigration operations, ensuring legal compliance, training administrators, addressing legal and operational issues, and proposing process improvements.What are the key responsibilities? - Responsibilities and Duties: - Utilize U.S. immigration legal knowledge to ensure completion of daily workflow targets and maintain integrity of the onsite case preparation program. - Train administrators on USCIS filings, document processing, and PERM job postings, and review work product for legal accuracy and quality. - Assist in root cause analysis and resolution of legal and operational issues.
- Identify and propose legal process improvement ideas to increase quality, improve employee experience, streamline workflow, and build operational resiliency. - Review non-immigrant and immigrant visa filings for legal compliance. - Address legal questions related to I-9 completion, E-Verify, and PERM requirements. - Provide support for complex E-Verify issue resolution. - Train and monitor administrators supporting I-9 reverification. - Assist managers in understanding PERM requirements during applicant review. - Respond to visa-dependent employee inquiries regarding visa and green card eligibility, travel, and maintenance of status.What experience are we looking for to drive success?
