Associate Attorney – Real EstateLocation: Salt Lake City, UTA large, well-established Salt Lake City law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have 4–7 years of law firm experience handling commercial real estate and land use matters.Responsibilities:Advise clients on acquisition, disposition, development, management, and leasing of residential, agricultural, commercial, and industrial propertiesHandle transactions from initial contract through closing, including due diligence, title, survey, and zoning reviewDraft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documentsWork directly with clients, providing solutions with minimal supervisionEnsure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsQualifications:4–7 years of commercial real estate and land use experience in a law firm settingStrong background in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and property developmentExcellent academic credentials and commitment to ethicsStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyMember of the Utah Bar or willing to obtain Utah Bar membershipCompensation & Benefits:Highly competitive salary with excellent benefits package
