I'm Clark Pollins at Distinct Recruitment. I'm hiring on behalf of a long established Southern law firm that is growing its Raleigh office, and they want an employment lawyer who would rather build something than slot into it.

- $140,000 to $230,000 is wide on purpose. The firm is open to hiring at two levels: a midlevel associate around four or five years in, or a senior associate with a deeper employment practice behind them.

What you'll need
- 2+ years of employment law experience
- Strong writing and research. Your writing will carry a lot of weight in this role.
- A strong academic record
