Established Premier Plaintiff Firm Seeking Personal Injury Associate Attorney in Alexandria, VA
An established Virginia-based firm with over 100 years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join its team in Alexandria. The firm is well known for its compassionate, client-focused approach and proven track record of achieving strong results for injured individuals across Virginia. This candidate will have an active VA bar license (D.C. and MD are a plus).
This position offers meaningful client interaction, courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to handle a diverse range of personal injury matters alongside experienced trial attorneys.

Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury
- Active Virginia Bar membership in good standing
- Active D.C. and Maryland Bar membership in good standing (Plus)
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Experience handling discovery, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Trial experience preferred, or a strong desire to develop courtroom experience
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a paperless, technology-driven environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from intake through resolution or trial
- Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare motions and pleadings
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediations and hearings
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to prepare for trial
- Maintain consistent client communication and ensure exceptional service throughout the case lifecycle
