We are seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with MVAs.
Must be barred in PA and NJ.

We are seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to join our dynamic team in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably with MVAs.
Must be barred in PA and NJ.
Responsibilities
- Managing all aspects of litigation, including depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and trials, for a variety of MVAs.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.
- Collaborating with medical experts, investigators, and other specialists to prepare for trial.
- Developing and implementing defense strategies, taking into account the client's goals and the specifics of the case.
- Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate.
- Keeping clients informed of case progress and advising them on legal rights and obligations.
- Complying with all legal standards and regulations, and maintaining the highest level of ethical conduct.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- 2-5 years of civil litigation defense experience.
- Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey is required.
- Experience with MVAs is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in defending clients in civil litigation cases.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong ethical and professional standards.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on changes in the law related to catastrophic injuries.
