Partner – General LiabilityKelley Kronenberg's Dallas General Liability practice is growing — and we are looking for a Partner-level litigator ready to take on a meaningful leadership role within a high-volume, high-impact team. We are seeking driven and business minded individuals looking to make their development skills pay off. You will work alongside an established Business Unit Leader and the firm's Chair of General Liability to drive case strategy, develop talent, and expand one of the fastest-growing offices in our national GL division.
If you are a skilled GL litigator who wants to try cases, lead people, and grow your profile with a firm that is investing heavily in its Dallas operation, this is the opportunity.Responsibilities include managing a caseload of General Liability defense matters from inception through trial, serving as a key leader within the Dallas GL team, supervising, mentoring, and developing associate attorneys and support staff, delivering consistent, high-quality client service, contributing to business development efforts, and collaborating across Kelley Kronenberg's national GL platform.Qualifications include a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, an active State Bar of Texas license in good standing, a minimum of 6 years of General Liability defense litigation experience, first-chair trial, arbitration, or mediation experience strongly preferred, a proven ability to manage a full caseload independently while also providing oversight and guidance to junior attorneys, strong written and oral advocacy skills, sound legal judgment, and a client-first approach to case management.About Kelley Kronenberg: Kelley Kronenberg is a national, full-service law firm with one of the largest and most active General Liability defense divisions in the country, operating across multiple states.
