Attorney I PositionUnder direction of the Attorney Supervisor of the Investigation and Litigation Section I/II, within the Litigation, Program and Policy Branch, part of the General Counsel Division (Division) within the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB), the Attorney I will investigate alleged violations of the Agricultural Labor Relations Act (ALRA) and litigate complaints filed with the Board. The incumbent will represent the Division before the Board, in Superior Court, and with stakeholders and other governmental entities as needed. The incumbent is expected to work closely and collaboratively within and across ALRB to meet strategic and Division goals.You will find additional information about the job in the Duty Statement.
