I’m working with an established national law firm looking to add a mid-level Labor & Employment Attorney to its Newark team.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of experience who wants a mix of sophisticated litigation and day-to-day employment advisory work, with genuine scope to take on responsibility and develop their practice.

The work will include federal and state court litigation, discrimination claims, position statements, employment policies and handbooks, as well as advising clients on a range of employment-related matters.

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of Labor & Employment and/or business litigation experience

• Strong federal and state court litigation experience

• Excellent drafting, research and analytical skills

• Confidence managing matters and working directly with clients

• Relevant Bar admission and good standing
