A respected law firm is looking to add a Plaintiff Workers’ Compensation Attorney to its growing team. This is an opportunity for an attorney with plaintiff-side workers’ compensation experience to take on a meaningful caseload, advocate for injured workers, and grow with an established practice.
The firm is very open to bringing on a partner , making this an attractive opportunity for an experienced attorney with an established practice or someone looking to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Handle plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters from inception through resolution.
- Represent injured workers in hearings, negotiations, and other proceedings.
- Develop case strategies, prepare legal documents, and manage all aspects of an active caseload.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide guidance throughout the claims process.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the practice.
Qualifications
- Admission to the New York Bar.
- Experience handling plaintiff-side workers’ compensation matters.
- Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case management skills.
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Partner-level attorneys with an established practice are encouraged to explore the opportunity.
- Spanish fluency is a major plus.
Compensation: Up to $325,000+, depending on experience and level. xhqgsiq
Locations: Brooklyn, Bronx, Midtown Manhattan, or Rockville Centre, NY.
Schedule: Five days in the office.
