An established firm based in New York City with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Workers' Compensation / No-Fault Attorney with 0-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Plaintiff Personal Injury matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. The firm is open to either a highly trainable early-career attorney eager to expand into multiple practice areas or an experienced plaintiff-side attorney capable of handling a more sophisticated caseload independently.In Return, We Offer:Salary range: $100,000-$150,000, contingent on experienceMedical benefitsPaid time offPaid holidays401(k)Opportunity for long-term career growth and cross-training in multiple practice areasQualifications:Candidates must be admitted to practice law in New York or be eligible for admission.Applicants should possess strong communication and client management skills.Early-career attorneys must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop expertise in Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Personal Injury matters.Experienced candidates should have meaningful plaintiff-side Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury litigation experience.Candidates must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines and a busy caseload.Experience using case management systems is preferred.Responsibilities:Represent clients in Workers' Compensation hearings and related proceedings.Conduct and defend depositions as required.Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and strategy.Handle case preparation, investigation, and documentation for Workers' Compensation, No-Fault, and Personal Injury matters.Accurately update and maintain the firm's case management system.Collaborate with attorneys and staff to advance cases efficiently and achieve favorable outcomes.Participate in additional litigation and client-facing responsibilities as needed across practice groups.Manage files from intake through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable procedural requirements.
