Title: Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney
Type: Permanent, Full Time
Location: New York, NY
Salary: 120k - 180k/ Annum
Mode: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Handle discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners on complex cases and take ownership of assigned files.
• Represent clients in matters involving construction/labor law, auto accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries .
• Develop courtroom and trial skills through hands-on experience.

Requirements:

• JD and active Bar admission.
• 1+ year of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and case-management skills.
• Trial/deposition experience preferred.
• Construction/Labor Law experience is a strong plus.
