Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
- Handle discovery, depositions, motions, negotiations, and trial preparation.
- Work closely with partners on complex cases and take ownership of assigned files.
- Represent clients in matters involving construction/labor law, auto accidents, premises liability, and workplace injuries.
- Develop courtroom and trial skills through hands-on experience.
Requirements:
- JD and active Bar admission.
- 1+ year of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
- Strong communication, writing, and case-management skills.
- Trial/deposition experience preferred.
- Construction/Labor Law experience is a strong plus.
