I am currently working with a firm based out of New York who are actively seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role
- Work alongside Bankruptcy Experts: Work on complex Bankruptcy across Manhattan and beyond; with matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets
- Take an active role in Case Strategy and Document Preparation: Including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
- Support High-Stakes Litigation and Reorganization efforts: Contributeto courtroom preparation and representing clients in bankruptcy court under the guidance of senior attorneys.
