A growing New York real estate law firm is looking to add a Litigation Attorney to its expanding litigation practice. This is a priority search for an attorney with solid New York litigation experience who wants to take on meaningful responsibility and work with a strong, growing team.
The practice is approximately one-third landlord-tenant litigation, with the remainder focused on commercial litigation and bank representation, including foreclosure matters.
The team is particularly interested in attorneys with experience in:
• Commercial litigation
• Landlord-tenant litigation
• Foreclosure and bank representation
• Motion practice
• Court conferences and routine court appearances
• Co-op and condominium board representation
Experience representing co-op and condo boards is a plus. An insurance background, particularly experience representing or working with insurance companies, is also a strong plus.

Compensation is up to $175,000 base, depending on experience.
