Insurance Defense Attorney | Millburn, NJ (Hybrid) - $180K
Location/Schedule: Millburn, NJ (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $180K
Practice: New Jersey insurance defense — general liability, auto, and casualty files that are tried, not just settled. PIP and no-fault work sits in the same office if you want it.
Our client has defended insurers in New Jersey since 1925. It is a trial firm. A member of the firm is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. There is no billable-hour requirement. Production is measured on receivables and collections, which is why associates here actually get into court.

What You'll Actually Do:

Requirements:
* JD and active New Jersey bar
* 3-7 years post-bar insurance defense or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
* Law clerks and summer associates will not be considered
* At least one deposition taken, and a willingness to try cases
