Location/Schedule : Manhattan, NY (Hybrid)

Base Salary: $275K

Practice : Commercial and civil litigation. Contract, shareholder, and business disputes in New York state and federal court. Not a volume premises docket.

Our client is a Manhattan litigation firm that staffs these cases lean. Associates argue motions and take depositions before they are senior. The pay is set to compete with large-firm mid-levels, without the large-firm hour expectation.

• Litigate commercial and civil disputes in New York state and federal court.

Requirements:

• JD and active New York bar
• 4–8 years post-bar commercial or civil litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
• Depositions taken and a dispositive motion you drafted
