I am currently working with a firm based out of New York who are actively seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney to join their team as they look to increase headcount. In terms of the opportunity, here are the headlines:

The Role

• Work on a variety of Bankruptcy Matters: Work on complex Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and restructuring matters involving major financial institutions and distressed assets across New York and beyond.
• Take an active role in case strategy and document preparation, including motions, creditor negotiations, and debtor-in-possession financing, ensuring precision and compliance with federal bankruptcy procedures.
• Support high-stakes litigation and reorganization efforts: Contribute to and take point on courtroom strategy as you prepare to represented clients in bankruptcy court

The Package

• Up to $250K Base
