I am currently working with a firm based in Manhattan who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires across the firm. Here are the headlines:

The Role

• Provide Counsel on Corporate Transactions: Take point and assist on Mergers and Acquisitions, Joint ventures, and Corporate governance matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of Commercial Agreements: Produce and review documents such as NDAs, Service Agreements, and Vendor Contracts.
• Assist with Corporate Document Matters: Perform diligence on the structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex business deals.
• Advise clients on Compliance: Keep in check and up to date with Federal and New York State Corporate laws and regulatory requirements

The Package

• Up to $225K Base
• Performance Based Bonus
