Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Employment & Labor Law Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join a growing legal team in Madison, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have experience handling employment and labor matters, civil litigation, compliance, investigations, and employment-related disputes, along with strong research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on employment and labor law matters, including hiring, discrimination, harassment, employee benefits, terminations, and compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment agreements, policies, procedures, and related documents.
• Advise clients regarding internal investigations, employee complaints, and disciplinary actions.
• Counsel clients on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Assist with all phases of employment litigation, including case assessment, strategy, discovery, and dispute resolution.
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical guidance on employment and labor issues.
• Develop and support employment compliance and training programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify and mitigate employment-related risks.
• Manage multiple matters while maintaining strong client communication and high-quality work product.

• 3-6 years of legal experience.
• Experience in employment and labor law and/or civil litigation.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling employment-related disputes and litigation preferred.
• Strong understanding of employment compliance and workplace regulations.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and clients.
• Strong work ethic, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
• New Jersey and/or New York Bar admission required.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission is a plus.
