- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law and admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 4-6 years of experience practicing law.
- Experience with first-party property insurance.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
What you will be doing:
- Represent policyholders in first-party property insurance matters.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Manage a diverse caseload of first-party property insurance cases.
- Engage with insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties in negotiations.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide clear and concise legal advice to policyholders.
- Review insurance policies, claim documentation, correspondence, and related materials.
- Collaborate with a team of experts, attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
