We utilize state of the art systems and offer a comfortable hybrid work option.Roles and Responsibilities:• Handle insurance defense litigation with a heavy focus on premises liability.• Take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, draft and argue discovery and dis positive motions, and prepare cases for trial.• Manage a caseload with a focus on quality client service and efficient case resolution.• Track and meet minimum billable hour requirements (150 hours/month).• Leverage Microsoft 365, document management systems, and billing software to stay organized and productive.Requirements:• Experience: Minimum 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience (premises liability strongly preferred) preferred but not required.• Proven expertise in depositions, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, document management, and time tracking for billable.• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.Compensation and Benefits:Salary: $160k-180kAttorneys with trial experience or interest in trials: $180,000+ annual salary, plus step-up/performance bonuses for billing over 150 hours.Attorneys with less trial experience: $130,000-$150,000 annual salary, plus bonuses for exceeding billable expectations.Robust benefits package, including medical insurance and 401(k).Office space available or flexible hybrid arrangements.401(k), Medical insurance
