Core Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters through all phases, from case initiation through resolution or trial
- Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and trial readiness activities
- Perform in-depth legal research, case evaluation, and risk assessment
- Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients
- Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
- Maintain strong case organization, deadlines, and communication throughout the litigation process
- Active Bar admission in good standing
- 3-6 years of litigation experience handling varied legal matters
- Trial preparation or courtroom experience preferred
- Strong legal drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal team while independently managing responsibilities
