What You'll Do:
  • Manage a dynamic caseload of civil litigation, including construction defect and business disputes
  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations
  • Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators to shape case strategy
  • Contribute to a collegial firm culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and respect
Compensation & Perks:
  • Salary: $130,000 to $185,000 annually
  • Bonuses: Monthly and annual bonuses based on performance and billables

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
  • Experience in California civil litigation
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Background in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred
  • Trial experience a plus
  • Dual licensure in Nevada or Texas is an added advantage
