What You'll Do:
- Manage a dynamic caseload of civil litigation, including construction defect and business disputes
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations
- Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators to shape case strategy
- Contribute to a collegial firm culture rooted in excellence, teamwork, and respect
Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: $130,000 to $185,000 annually
- Bonuses: Monthly and annual bonuses based on performance and billables

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing
- Experience in California civil litigation
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Background in construction defect and/or business litigation preferred
- Trial experience a plus
- Dual licensure in Nevada or Texas is an added advantage
