The ideal candidate is a motivated defense attorney with a strong desire to try cases, a disciplined approach to case management, and a commitment to high-quality advocacy.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of litigation from case inception through trial and resolutionDraft pleadings, dispositive motions, and other substantive filingsManage written discovery, including drafting requests and responsesConduct and defend depositions of fact and expert witnessesParticipate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearancesCollaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategyConduct legal research and analyze complex legal issuesPrepare cases for trial and actively participate in trial proceedingsCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courtTake ownership of assignments and manage deadlines with precision and accountabilityQualificationsJ.D.
