Day-to-Day

• Manage full caseload of premises liability, Labor Law/construction accident, auto and municipal defense files from intake through trial or settlement
• Draft and argue substantive motions including summary judgment and Labor Law §240/241(6) dismissals in Nassau Supreme and EDNY
• Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, treating physicians, engineers and municipal witnesses across Long Island venues
• Coordinate medical and biomechanical experts with the firm’s in-house RN paralegals to dismantle damages claims early
• First- or second-chair jury trials in Nassau, Suffolk and federal courts with partners who average 100+ trials each
