Responsibilities include conducting in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies, drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail, representing clients in settlement negotiations, hearings, and trials to secure favorable outcomes, collaborating with colleagues to address complex legal matters and provide strategic guidance, reviewing and interpreting California civil procedure and evidence codes to ensure compliance in litigation processes, managing client matters with professionalism and maintaining strong communication throughout the case lifecycle, preparing for and participating in depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings, maintaining a high standard of ethical conduct and professionalism while advocating for clients, staying informed about legal developments and changes in real estate law to provide informed counsel, and supporting the firm's broader litigation practices as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
