Role: Medical Malpractice (Defense) Associate AttorneyLocation: Concord, NHSchedule: Hybrid, in office 4 days a week during onboarding then flexibility to be remote 3-4 days a weekSalary: $115,000 - $130,000+ (depending on experience) and bonus programResponsibilities:Independently manage a caseload involving medical malpractice claimsWork closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projectsRegularly handle court appearances and depositionsCommunicate with clients and provide status reports
