The role offers a steady stream of legal work focused on administration, court support, and attentive case oversight.Responsibilities:• Manage uncontested probate matters from initial review through completion, ensuring each file advances in a timely manner.• Oversee trust and estate administration activities, including tracking status, preparing for next steps, and maintaining organized case progress.• Provide court coverage for routine proceedings and appearances as needed.• Evaluate case developments, identify immediate priorities, and move matters forward based on procedural requirements.• Communicate with clients regularly to explain status updates, answer questions, and outline upcoming actions.• Monitor each matter closely to ensure deadlines, filings, and follow-up tasks are addressed appropriately.• Coordinate legal case progression by maintaining awareness of where each file stands and what is required next.
