Labor & Employment Attorney – Los Angeles, CAA Los Angeles-based law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join its litigation team due to increased workload.Position Overview:This role is suited for an attorney with at least five years of labor and employment law experience who can independently manage cases while collaborating with a legal team.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in employment litigation and advisory mattersDraft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and discoveryManage cases from inception through resolutionTake and defend depositions and assist with trial preparationProvide legal counsel on employment-related issuesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of labor and employment litigation experienceStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple cases efficientlyTrial preparation experience preferredPublic entity experience preferred but not requiredActive California Bar licenseCompensation & Benefits:Salary range: $170,000 – $225,0001,900 annual billable requirementDiscretionary and productivity-based bonusesComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and moreWork Environment:Hybrid or remote arrangement available after discussionOffice locations available in the Los Angeles areaCandidates should be within driving distance for court appearances and depositions
