Key Responsibilities
* Provide legal counsel and manage litigation or transactional matters.
* Handle client communications, case progression, negotiations, and legal documentation.
* Work across relevant practice areas, including Real Estate, Estate Planning, Probate, Construction, Family Law, Business Law, and Civil Litigation .
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
* Collaborate with firm leadership and internal operations teams to improve efficiency and client service.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor ( J.D. ) from an accredited law school.
* Active Wisconsin Bar license or eligibility for reciprocal admission.
* Strong legal research, writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage cases and build lasting client relationships.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and interest in professional growth.
