Lemon Law Attorney Position
A growing Lemon Law litigation practice is seeking an Attorney with at least 1 year of litigation experience to manage and litigate an independent caseload. Newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and independently handle an assigned caseload.
- Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
- Prepare cases for settlement, hearings, and trial.
- Work independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.
- Maintain organized and timely case files and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar license required.
- At least 1 year of litigation experience preferred.
- Newly admitted attorneys with an interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional, responsible, and positive attitude.
