Litigation AttorneyWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a variety of litigation matters, with a strong emphasis on personal injury cases. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to develop effective case strategies.Compensation: Competitive base and percentage of collected feesOffices locations are in Los Angeles, Irvine and San Diego.
Key responsibilities include:Represent clients in court and other legal proceedingsConduct legal research and prepare legal documentsDraft pleadings, motions, and briefsNegotiate settlements on behalf of clientsReview and analyze evidence and legal documentsProvide legal advice and guidance to clientsManage case files and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with other attorneys and support staffQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolLicensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictionMinimum of 2 years of litigation experiencePersonal Injury experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTrial experience is a plusBenefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, pet insurance, PTO, sick days, bar dues, MCLE classes.For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
